Privacy notice
This website processes as little data as possible. What still arises, we explain here.
The German version of this privacy notice is legally authoritative. The following is a courtesy translation.

Dr. med. Tobias Henopp, Dr. med. Ines Lichtmannegger, Dr. med. Harald Bartsch

Principle: no patient data
This website is an information offering for referring physicians and cooperation partners. It is not intended to receive patient data or case data. For the transmission of specimen material and report data we arrange a separate, secured route with you. Please do not transmit patients' health data through this website, and in particular not through the contact form.
Accessing the website and server logs
When you access this website, your browser automatically sends information to the server, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files. Recorded without any action on your part are the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the previously visited page, and details of browser and operating system.
This processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in a technically faultless and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are automatically deleted after a short time, unless they are still needed to counter a specific attack.
This website is hosted by an external provider in Germany: ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes the connection data mentioned above on our behalf and exclusively on servers in Germany; no data transfer to a third country takes place. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the provider.
Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide — name, institute where applicable, email address and the content of your message — solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry aims at a contract, its initiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your details are not passed on to third parties. They are deleted once the enquiry is conclusively handled and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
Technically necessary storage
This website uses no cookies for analysis or advertising purposes and embeds no third-party services that track you across websites. Only two technically necessary elements are set or stored:
A session cookie is set only when you use the contact form. It serves to protect against abusive submissions and is deleted at the end of the session.
In your browser's local storage (localStorage), the website remembers your language choice and whether you have already closed a one-time language hint. This information does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Both forms of storage are strictly necessary for the functions you evidently requested and are therefore exempt from consent under § 25(2) TDDDG. A consent banner is accordingly not required.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. There is no connection to external font services, and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise these, contact the controller named above.
You also have a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Changes
We adapt this privacy notice when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
